In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely operating a box truck to deliver goods efficiently across designated routes. Your focus will be on providing excellent customer service, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Duties Safely operate a 26-foot box truck to pick up and deliver goods along assigned routes Load and unload cargo using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed Ensure all deliveries are accurate and completed within scheduled timeframes Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle maintenance records Assist with warehouse tasks such as organizing inventory, moving shipments, and preparing loads Requirements Valid active Drivers License Valid active DOT Med card Valid active Social Security Card Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with a box truck or similar vehicle Strong knowledge of driving laws, safety protocols, and route planning Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks related to loading/unloading cargo Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities Comfortable working with manual transmission vehicles and handling repetitive physical tasks Shifts / Hours
