We are seeking a highly skilled Hazmat Tanker Driver to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will safely transport hazardous materials in compliance with DOT and company regulations. You will be responsible for loading, securing, and delivering various hazardous materials to designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a tanker truck to transport hazardous materials. Load and unload materials following proper safety protocols. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment. Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle service records. Comply with all federal, state, and local laws related to transportation. Follow company policies, including those regarding safety and emergency procedures. Ensure all hazmat placarding is correct and visible at all times. Communicate effectively with dispatch and report any issues or delays. Handle hazardous materials with caution, following best practices and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements (required). Minimum of [X] years of experience in hazardous material transportation. Clean driving record with no major violations in the past [X] years. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures related to hazardous materials. Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment/materials as needed. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and DOT medical exams.

Pay:
