Job Description
Respond to towing and roadside assistance calls safely and efficiently. Operate rollback and wheel-lift tow trucks. Perform jump starts, lockouts, tire changes, fuel deliveries, and vehicle recoveries. Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records. Conduct daily inspections and keep assigned truck clean and well-maintained. Provide exceptional customer service during stressful situations.
