Switcher:

Expertly maneuvering 48' or 53' trailers using an automatic 10-speed International double-axle tractor. Ensuring equipment reliability through regular preventative maintenance checks and services. Maintaining accurate daily inventory of trailers and materials. Efficiently moving trailers to designated dock locations. Transporting trailers to the scale house for weighing. Implementing and maintaining proper safety protocols for stored trailers (chocking, locking, and blocking). Connecting to and unloading walking floor trailers on the MRF Tip Floor using hydraulic wet lines as needed. Keeping dock door areas and underneath dock plates clean and organized. Operating a forklift safely and efficiently. Weighing storage trailers and supporting end-of-month inventory processes. Providing support to the Commercial Team Lead with various tasks as required.
