We are hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals who want a reliable career, not just another driving job. With 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits, we support our drivers both on the road and at home. We believe in pay transparency and rewarding hard work.
Guaranteed income:
Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or $92,000 annually.
Base rate:
$0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.
Accessorial pay:
$20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, plus layover pay and breakdown compensation.
Sign-on bonus:
$1,500, paid over three months.
Full benefits:
Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.
Retirement:
401(k) plan with a 5% company match. Drivers based in Florence, South Carolina, operate predictable regional lanes east of I-35 and return home weekly for a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
Assigned equipment:
2025-2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
Equipment policy:
Strict no-slip-seating policy.
Driver comfort:
All tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
Freight:
100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.
Rider programs:

License:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
Driving record:
Clean motor vehicle record and active DOT Medical Card.
Experienced route:
At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
Entry-level route:
Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
