Other Dump Truck Driver About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing
  • Safely operate a dump truck to transport aggregate and construction materials to designated locations.
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
  • Load, transport, and unload materials while adhering to safety, environmental, and company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel to coordinate deliveries.
  • Maintain clean equipment and promptly report maintenance or operational concerns. What Are We Looking For
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the ability to operate dump truck equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and responsible driving practices.
  • Ability to perform vehicle inspections, complete documentation, and follow established procedures.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Dependable, self-motivated individual capable of adapting to changing job site and delivery requirements. Conditions of Employment
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment
  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. What We Offer
  • Average weekly pay of $1,000
  • Minimum weekly guarantee of $900
