Job Description

Heavy-haul drivers: keep the specialized pay, get your weekends back. YTC drivers are home more than 95% of weekends — and you can take your truck home with you. We haul heavy equipment, machinery, and oversized loads across the Southeast. This is OTR multi-axle work during the week, built so you're back home for the weekend — not parked at a truck stop two weeks at a stretch.
Pay:
You choose how you're paid: Salary by axle: 5-6 axle $65,000
  • 7-axle $70,200
  • 8-axle $75,400 per year Weekly pay averages $1,300 - $2,600 depending on axles with commissions Or commission: 28% of line-haul plus 28% on accessorials (tarping, detention, stop charges) — strong runners can out-earn the salary $1,000/week orientation pay ($200/day) while you train, plus a hotel option $80/week per diem
  • quarterly safety bonus ($250/quarter) end-of-year bonus based on tenure.

Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL with a clean record 3 years of OTR experience At least 24 years old Clean MVR — no DOT-recordable accidents in the last 12 months, no more than 1 moving violation in 6 months (3 in 36) No DUIs, failed tests, or disqualifying convictions in the past 10 years Home time: You're home for the weekend more than 95% of the year.
