I'm working with a well-established, family-owned transportation company that has been a leader in the shipping and logistics industry for more than 35 years . Through continued growth and a strong reputation for exceeding customer expectations, they have become one of the top freight and hot shot transportation companies in the Southeast . They are looking for an experienced Driver Recruiter to join their team and help continue that growth. This is NOT an entry-level recruiting position. They need someone who understands the trucking industry, knows where to find qualified Class A CDL drivers, and can effectively take a driver from initial contact through qualification, verification, and the hiring process. If you know how to talk to drivers, build relationships, identify qualified candidates, and get great drivers across the finish line , this could be an excellent opportunity to grow with a successful transportation company.
