• no commercial vehicle required Work with a Veteran-Owned company that values your dedication and service Supportive team environment where drivers are respected and appreciated Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding delivery operation Consistent routes and schedules to support work-life balance What You Will Do | Delivery Driver Non CDL Responsibilities As a Non CDL Delivery Driver with Make-A-Way Logistics, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Report to the warehouse each morning for loadout and route assignment Load and organize your delivery vehicle at the warehouse before heading out on route Drive a delivery van to complete 200 to 300 package deliveries per day Follow your navigated delivery route efficiently using a handheld scanning device Load, unload, and hand off packages safely and on time Perform daily vehicle inspections before departing the warehouse Navigate stairs, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in all weather conditions Return to the warehouse at the end of your shift to complete closeout procedures Represent Make-A-Way Logistics as a professional courier and brand ambassador in every neighborhood you serve Who We Are Looking For | Delivery Driver Non CDL Requirements We are seeking Delivery Drivers and Couriers who meet the following qualifications: Must meet the minimum age requirement of 21 per insurance and operational guidelines Valid driver's license with a clean driving record No CDL required•this is a Non CDL Driver position Ability to work 4 to 5 days per week, including weekends and holidays Must pass a pre-employment drug screening Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset Prior warehouse, courier, or delivery experience is a plus but not required Military experience is a plus•we proudly welcome Veterans Ready to Join Our Team | If you are a motivated Delivery Driver, Courier, or first-time Driver looking for a company that values your work, Make-A-Way Logistics is your next move.
