Pleasant, SC 1899 LLC is looking for a dependable, hands-on Crew Lead / Foreman / Driver to lead field crews, protect jobsite safety, and deliver high-quality landscape work. We build craftsmen and leaders through meaningful work and real growth opportunities. The right person is a working leader who can set the pace, coach a crew, operate equipment, communicate clearly, and take ownership from load-out through closeout. What You'll Do Lead daily crew startup, task assignments, and jobsite production Drive company trucks and trailers safely Complete vehicle, trailer, tool, and equipment inspections Perform and oversee landscape installation and maintenance work Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems Operate landscape equipment, trucks, trailers, tools, and machinery safely Monitor safety, PPE, hazards, and proper equipment use Track time, materials, progress, photos, and daily job notes Identify delays, material needs, scope questions, and quality issues early Maintain clean, professional jobsites Coach and train crew members Communicate professionally with clients, teammates, and management Complete punch-list and closeout responsibilities What We're Looking For Landscape construction or maintenance experience Experience with irrigation installation and troubleshooting Experience operating trucks, trailers, tools, and landscape equipment Crew leadership or foreman experience preferred Valid driver's license and safe driving record Ability to read plans and understand job scopes Strong communication, dependability, and problem-solving skills Ability to work outdoors in changing weather and lift up to 50 pounds Someone who takes ownership and leads by example Compensation & Schedule Starting pay: $20/hour Higher pay available based on experience and qualifications Monday-Friday, with Saturdays as needed Paid time off Paid holidays Bonus opportunities Benefits access Training and advancement opportunities How to Apply Email your resume or a brief summary of your landscape experience to: Please include the types of landscape work, irrigation systems, equipment, and crews you have experience with. 1899 LLC is committed to building great outdoor spaces while helping our people grow into craftsmen and leaders.
