Job description: CDL Class A Dump Truck Driver / Skid Steer OperatorJoin the CSI Erosion Team! CSI Erosion is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL Dump Truck Driver / Skid Steer Operator to join our growing construction team. In this role, you'll safely operate dump trucks and skid steers while supporting grading, erosion control, excavation, and other construction projects. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make an impact. What You'll Do Safely operate Class A CDL dump trucks to transport dirt, gravel, rock, debris, and other construction materials. Operate skid steers for grading, loading, excavation, site preparation, and cleanup. Assist in operating other heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, tankers, horizontal drilling equipment, and paving machinery as needed. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on all assigned equipment. Maintain equipment in a clean and safe operating condition while reporting maintenance needs promptly. Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and OSHA safety standards. Coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely material deliveries and efficient project completion. Complete required logs, inspection reports, and equipment documentation accurately. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL required. Must be qualified to operate a manual transmission commercial vehicle (no CDL manual transmission restriction). Current DOT Medical Certificate. Clean driving record. Minimum of 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Experience operating skid steers required. Experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, horizontal drilling equipment, tankers, or paving equipment is highly preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge for routine equipment inspections and minor troubleshooting. Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures. Experience with CAT equipment is a plus.
