As a Class B CDL Driver , you'll play a key role in transporting stone, gravel, sand, and aggregate materials that support construction and industrial projects throughout the region. Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do Operate Class B commercial vehicles safely and efficiently. Transport aggregate materials, gravel, stone, sand, and related products. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns. Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and site safety procedures. Load, unload, and secure materials as required. Maintain accurate delivery records, inspections, and vehicle logs. Communicate effectively with supervisors and site personnel. Assist with general site, quarry, or yard duties when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work vehicle. Promote a strong safety culture on every shift. 3. Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Valid CDL Class B License. Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle safety inspections. Clean driving record. Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record. Strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Nice-to-Have Experience in quarry, mining, aggregate, construction, or heavy industrial environments. Experience operating dump trucks, water trucks, or other heavy equipment. Knowledge of aggregate materials and quarry operations. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 4. Why Manpower?
