What You'll Own:
Full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, screening, background checks, interviews, physicals, and references Driving leads through cold calls, referrals, online platforms, and job fairs Representing the company at recruiting events and community fairs Keeping driver count on target for the location's needs Weekly reporting and driver retention support 90-day check-ins with every new hire to make sure they stick
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED A background in sales, recruiting, or trucking/transportation People skills that close the deal Working knowledge of DOT regulations and shipping requirements Basic computer skills
