Bradley's Contracting/Bradley's Paving is hiring an experienced CDL Class A Driver to support our paving and civil construction crews. This is a hands-on construction driving position. We're looking for someone who is comfortable hauling asphalt and stone, pulling a tag trailer, and safely loading and unloading construction equipment. The right person will be dependable, safety-minded, and willing to help keep our crews moving. What You'll Do Drive a dump truck hauling asphalt, stone, dirt, and other construction materials Pull a tag trailer to transport paving and excavation equipment Safely load, secure, haul, and unload equipment Transport skid steers, rollers, mini excavators, and similar construction equipment Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections Keep truck and trailer clean and in good working condition Coordinate with foremen and project managers to keep jobs supplied and equipment where it needs to be Assist with other reasonable jobsite or trucking needs when required Follow DOT requirements and company safety procedures What We're Looking For Valid Class A CDL Clean driving record Experience driving dump trucks preferred Experience pulling a tag trailer strongly preferred Ability to safely load and unload construction equipment Experience in paving, excavation, utilities, sitework, or civil construction is a plus Dependable and able to report to work on time Comfortable working around active construction sites Able to work outdoors and adjust to changing schedules based on weather and project needs Pay Competitive pay based on experience. Candidates with strong dump truck, equipment hauling, paving, or excavation experience will be compensated accordingly. Schedule Full-time position.
