Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience, with at least 6 months of Moffett or forklift experience.

License:

Valid Commercial Class A License.

Background:

Ability to pass a background check, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and pre-employment drug testing.

Schedule:

Ability to work a Monday - Saturday schedule, starting at 6:00 AM.

Attitude:

A "can-do" customer attitude and a willingness to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring each delivery meets our high standards.

Product Handling:

Ensure all merchandise is clean and in good operating condition before load-out, secure and protect products on the delivery vehicle.

Compliance:

Use a handheld app to maintain routing compliance and review product information to ensure it matches the delivery schedule.

Service Calls:

Perform routine service calls, handle product exchanges, and assist with merchandise returns.

Professionalism:

Wear client-approved attire and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:

Flatbed Experience:

2 years of commercial flatbed experience, including loading, unloading, and tarping.

Moffett/Forklift Experience:

6 months of experience in loading and unloading using a Moffett or forklift.

Customer-Facing Experience:

6 months of in-home delivery experience or retail customer-facing experience.
