JOB SUMMARY

Sicangu Propane is seeking a Seasonal Propane Delivery Driver that will be responsible for the safe delivery of propane to retail customers.

DUTIES INCLUDE

Establish and maintain good relations with fellow employees and customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service. Operate propane delivery vehicle in accordance with all applicable motor safety requirements and industry standards. Able to perform routine inspection and maintenance to propane delivery vehicle including visual inspections, ensuring proper fluid levels and regular monitoring of in-cab gauges to ensure safe operation of the vehicle and protection from damage. Maintains vehicle inspection records by recording daily inspections and noting any repairs needed. Monitor the vehicles propane delivery system and make minor repairs as needed. Filling customer propane tanks including pulling and retracting the fill hose, connecting to the tank and operating the vehicle pump system. Possess and maintain all certifications and licenses required by law and by industry standards. Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

High school diploma or GED required. Possess a commercial driver license with air brakes and X endorsement or willingness to obtain CDL with endorsements prior to employment. Ability to obtain CETP certifications related to the delivery of propane.
