A REGIONAL AND OTR FLATBED DRIVERS

Road Warrior Staffing is hiring CDL A drivers for regional and OTR flatbed opportunities based out of Eagleville, TN. Drivers may run up to 600 miles from the Nashville area , hauling freight on Conestoga, flatbed, and step deck trailers. These positions require drivers to inspect their equipment and safely secure their loads. Previous flatbed experience is preferred, but not required for qualified drivers willing to train. Home time and earning potential depend on the routes and miles a driver takes. Pay & Home Time Advertised average earnings of $1,600-$2,400 per week Pay based on a percentage of the load Regional and OTR opportunities Flexible home time tied to routes and miles $100 weekly performance bonus opportunity Year-end and referral bonuses What You'll Be Doing Operate a Class A commercial vehicle on assigned regional or OTR routes Haul freight using Conestoga, flatbed, and step deck trailers Secure loads properly before travel Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Follow applicable DOT and company safety requirements Equipment & Routes Runs may extend up to 600 miles from the Nashville area Automatic trucks with DD15 Detroit engines New Conestoga, flatbed, and step deck trailers 21-inch stretch frame Trucks governed at 70 mph at the pedal and 72 mph on cruise Forward-facing and driver-facing cameras

Qualifications Required:

Valid CDL A with the endorsements required for the assignment At least 2 years of driving experience At least 23 years old Ability to inspect a Class A vehicle and safely secure flatbed freight Driving record that meets the stated safety requirements, including limits on moving violations and preventable accidents No current CDL suspension or revocation; no SAP drivers

Preferred:

Previous flatbed experience. Qualified drivers without it may be considered for training.
