Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional Truck Driver to operate a tow truck dedicated to vehicle recovery and roadside assistance. The primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently tow cars that require assistance, ensuring timely service for our customers. This role requires a strong focus on safety, customer service, and adherence to traffic regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience with tow truck operations and a commitment to providing excellent service. Duties Operate a tow truck to assist with vehicle recoveries, including towing cars that are disabled, involved in accidents, or parked illegally. Safely load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using proper equipment and techniques. Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls, providing professional support to stranded motorists. Ensure all towing operations comply with safety standards and traffic laws. Conduct routine inspections of the tow truck to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance needs. Maintain accurate records of all towing activities, including details of each job performed. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate services efficiently. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to safety, customer service, and operational protocols. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not mandatory. Prior experience operating tow trucks or similar commercial vehicles is highly desirable. Knowledge of vehicle recovery techniques and safety procedures related to towing operations. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
