Overview:

We are hiring an experienced CDL Class A Flatbed Driver for a direct-hire opportunity in McMinnville, TN. This means you will be hired directly by the company and become a member of their team — this is not a temporary or temp-to-hire position. The position involves making local and regional deliveries from the McMinnville home base. Most runs are approximately 4-6 hours from the home base , and drivers are home every night . The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM , with flexibility to adjust your schedule based on delivery needs. Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A CDL flatbed truck Complete scheduled deliveries safely and efficiently Properly secure and transport loads Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records Follow all DOT and company safety requirements Communicate professionally with customers and the home office Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Skills and Experience:

Valid Class A CDL Clean driving record Successful MVR review Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a drug screen Previous flatbed or delivery experience preferred Strong commitment to safety and reliability Ability to properly secure and transport loads
