Job Description

Family Owned & Operated since 1988! Our office + lot is located in Abingdon, VA. This job listing is for drivers who live in or near Roan Mountain, TN as this will be the primary starting location.

Trailers :

Flatbeds Commodities:

Lumber, Wood Chips, Dust, Dry Freight, Rock, Shingles, etc.

Delivery Locations:

Local:

Virginia, Tennessee, and North Carolina.

Job Description:

Full-Time, Monday - Friday (NIGHTS AT HOME) traveling different routes on a daily basis.

Compensation:

Local drivers are paid by the load.

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test Must have at least 2-3 years of CDL driving experience Must have at least 1 year of flatbed experience Must have an acceptable driving record Must be willing to start work between 4:30AM and 5:30AM each morning. Drivers operating out of Roan Mountain, TN are required to have a place to park their tractor-trailer as K&D Trucking does not have a yard/lot in that area.
