Job Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION
Manages all aspects of daily operational and assigned route brochure racks and brochure partners, as well as daily mail operations and bulk delivery requests.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Other duties may be assigned. a. Maintaining a safe and aesthetic workplace and guest areas. b. Responsible for assigned vehicle and work route. c. Inspects vehicle daily for operational safety. d. Maintain vehicle maintenance and mileage sheets e. Brochure delivery of partners' investment is controlled and inventoried. f. Observe all laws concerning operation of a motor vehicle. g. Maintenance of vehicles to be on routine schedule. h. Develop and maintain the wash and care of assigned vehicle. i. Load vehicles with partner brochures for assigned routes at the end of the work shift. j. Service & inspect brochure racks and properly use Inventrac (our Inventory Database) daily. k. Report all opportunities to Management. Opportunities are defined as potential partners, locations, and problems. l. Must get along well with guests & fellow employees and maintain a professional business relationship at all times. m. Must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance at the job.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.- Language Skills to include the ability to read and to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Computer Skills to include the ability to process mail lists, use Microsoft Office products, and data entry for our Inventrac software.
- Reasoning Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent standing, walking and sitting.
- Continuous oral communication.
- Continuous hearing at a conversational level.
- Continuous near vision, far vision, color vision and depth perception.
- Working under deadlines.
- Lifting between 5 to 60lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Occasional exposure to changes in temperature and humidity.
- Frequent working with and around others.
- Occasional work around mechanical parts.
- Occasional work around moving objects, including animals.
- Noise level is low to high.
