Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document service requests. Provide detailed estimates using automotive estimating software, including repairs for transmissions, transfer cases and clutches. Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repair orders based on urgency and resource availability; communicate estimated completion times clearly to customers. Maintain thorough documentation of all service activities, including service writing and client communication logs. Manage cash handling procedures accurately during payment processing; ensure all transactions are properly recorded. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business through excellent client communication skills. Skills Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in auto service management within a dealership or automotive repair shop. Basic knowledge of automotive including transmissions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally. Sales-oriented mindset with experience in services that meet customer needs Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to drive company vehicles if needed.
