Delivery Driver - Smyrna, TN Ethnix Group is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Smyrna, TN. This is a touch-freight position requiring loading and unloading products while providing excellent service to our customers. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a company delivery vehicle and complete assigned routes. Load, unload, and deliver products to customers. Handle touch freight and properly secure products. Provide professional customer service at each delivery location. Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule. Follow company, DOT, and safety requirements. Complete required delivery documentation and vehicle inspections. Schedule Monday-Friday 1 overnight stay per week Schedule based on assigned routes and business needs. Compensation $300 per day +$30 per day KPI bonus when established daily KPIs are met. Up to $330 per day when KPI requirements are achieved. Requirements Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Previous delivery or commercial driving experience preferred. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move products. Comfortable handling touch freight and performing physical work. Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Minimum 3 years of CDL-A driving experience . Clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly. Experience using electric/manual pallet jacks. Ability to work overnight and weekend schedules. Basic technology skills (ELD, phone/tablet applications). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
