Key Responsibilities :
- Safely operate a Class A CDL vehicle.
- Transport and retrieve portable storage buildings and materials. Over the road, to and from sales lots, manufacturing plants, and customer locations.
- Manage and execute standard operations of a (CMV, MULE/FORKLIFT)
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Retain credit card receipts and submit weekly expense reports
- Contact customers to confirm all details of the order
- Ensure 5-star customer service
- Comply with all safety and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery records
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and management
- Keep the vehicle clean and in good working order
Requirements :
- Valid CDL-A license
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Minimum of 2 years of over-the-road (OTR) driving experience
- Clean driving record and Background
- Flatbed experience is a plus.
- Overnight travel a requirement
- Must pass a drug and alcohol screening
- Strong work ethic and safety-conscious attitude
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Must be 21 years of age or older (for insurance purposes)
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Reports to:
