Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while maintaining accuracy in deliveries Assist customers with their orders, answer questions about products, and promote upselling opportunities to enhance sales Perform heavy lifting when loading and unloading merchandise, ensuring proper merchandising and placement at delivery sites Maintain clear communication with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, route changes, or any issues encountered Organize daily delivery schedules and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met and report any maintenance needs Experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience preferred Strong math skills for pricing calculations, measurements, and inventory management Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus, demonstrating initiative in promoting products or services Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged periods of driving or standing Organizational skills for managing routes, deliveries, and documentation efficiently Military background is advantageous for discipline, route planning, and safety awareness Embark on a career that keeps you moving forward!
