Class A LEAD Driver (CDL Class A) We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking Class A LEAD Driver to join our team! We pride ourselves on our founding principles of hard work, honesty, and value to others. We don't aim to meet customer expectations; we strive to exceed them.

Active & Engaging Leadership and Driver Support Truck Driver Duties and Responsibilities:
Fully understand how to operate and safely drive your assigned delivery vehicle Pick up loads and organize goods in an ordered, logical manner Load and unload trucks if needed Ensure contents are properly secured to prevent damage Safely and efficiently handle deliveries at designated locations Obtain signatures or warehouse scans to confirm deliveries Assist in mapping delivery routes Stay on a predetermined route and ensure timely deliveries Communicate with dispatch as needed Confirm shipment contents match the manifest Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip Check weather and road conditions before departure Report any maintenance or delivery issues Maintain ELD logs and track working hours Follow company policies and

regulations Always prioritize safety Lead Driver Responsibilities (Additional): Support and guide other drivers on routes and daily operations Assist with route coverage when needed Act as a point of contact between drivers and management/dispatch Help ensure driver compliance with safety procedures and company policies Provide basic coaching and support to drivers Report incidents and escalate issues to management Participate in team communications and operational updates
Truck Driver Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of verified Class A driving experience At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or lead driver role Valid Class A CDL License High school diploma or GED preferred Clean driving record with no moving violations Must pass background check, drug screening, and Clearinghouse DOT Medical Card Skilled at driving and maneuvering large vehicles Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Experience with pallet jacks, lifts, etc. Proficient with GPS and routing systems Strong sense of direction Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Join Us!
