This unique role is 70% janitorial, 30% driving , offering variety, impact, and the opportunity to be an important part of residents' daily lives.

What You'll Do:

Janitorial:

Clean resident suites and community areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, carpets, windows, and common spaces; laundry and replace linens; assist with deep cleaning projects.

Driver:

Safely operate the community van on scheduled routes and resident activities; perform pre/post-trip inspections; maintain clean, organized vehicles.

Collaborate with team members:

Enhance the resident experience and support a safe, welcoming environment.

What We're Looking For:

At least 21 years old with a Class C driver's license and acceptable driving record Strong English communication skills Desire to work with older adults and provide exceptional customer service Ability to follow health, safety, and transportation regulations
