Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, autonomous Swamper to assist our on site fueling and lubrication services for our heavy construction equipment fleet and commercial trucks. This position is dynamic, for an active field construction site located near College Station, TX.

Daily Responsibilities Field Fueling & Oiling:

Safely assist the on site fueler to service dozers, excavators, loaders, rollers, and commercial trucks directly on job sites.

Routine Maintenance:

Perform daily comprehensive greasing, check and top off fluid levels, and blow out equipment air filters.

Vehicle Compliance:

Assist with maintaining the fuel/lube truck daily to ensure absolute compliance with all company safety rules and regulations.

Team Collaboration:

Work independently in the field with minimal supervision while actively collaborating with all team members when needed.

Job Requirements Work Style:

Highly reliable, detail-oriented, able to follow direction and comfortable working independently in field environments.
