Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable Yard Helper / Spotter to assist with daily yard operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining safety and efficiency by directing truck traffic, keeping the yard clean, and operating equipment as needed.

Responsibilities:

Safely flag and guide trucks entering and exiting the yard Maintain clear communication with drivers and team members Pick up and remove debris to keep the yard clean and organized Operate zero-turn mowers and other basic equipment Assist with general labor tasks as needed Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (required) Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safety Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Experience operating zero-turn mowers is a plus

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
