Immediate About the Role We are seeking a dependable, safety-minded CDL Pump Truck Driver to operate our modern, well-maintained vacuum septic trucks serving residential and commercial customers throughout the area. No prior septic experience? No problem. If you have a valid CDL and a strong work ethic, we provide fully paid, hands-on training to teach you the trade and get you up to speed. With a loyal customer base of 1,400+ members , this role offers excellent job stability and a strong earning opportunity through uncapped commission on top of a competitive hourly wage. What You'll Do Operate modern vacuum septic/pump trucks to service residential and commercial septic systems Perform septic tank pumping, cleaning, and routine maintenance Safely operate and maintain assigned equipment and vehicle Respond to emergency service calls as part of a rotating on-call schedule Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high safety and quality standards Use a tablet and ServiceTitan to manage jobs, dispatch information, and service documentation Provide professional, friendly customer service at every job Follow all applicable DOT, safety, and company procedures Maintain a clean and organized truck and work area Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and the service team
What We're Looking For CDL:
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A or B) is required
Driving Record:
Clean and safe driving record required
Tanker Endorsement:
Preferred, or willingness to obtain
Work Ethic:
Dependable, hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn
Physical Ability:
Able to safely perform the physical demands of septic service work independently
Availability:
Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency services
Customer Service:
Professional and courteous approach when working with residential and commercial customers
Technology:
Comfortable using a tablet and learning
ServiceTitan Experience:
