Transfer Driver II Daily Responsibilities:
Use company tractors to run transfers to warehouses, ports, drop yards and retail locations. Day cab, local positions only Operate yard switcher or tractor to move trailers around the warehouse as needed. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment. Keep equipment clean and operating safely. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements :
Valid CDL Class A Minimum one-year verifiable CDL experience or approved 160-hour CDL training certificate. Clean driving record- no more than 6 points and no DUI/DWI in past 5 years Successfully complete road/pre-trip test in company tractor High school diploma or equivalent Drug Test Ability to obtain a DOT Medical card. Ability to repeatedly lift 75 pounds TWIC Card .
