The ideal candidate will have experience in various driving environments and possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. This role involves transporting goods across designated routes, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. Candidates with experience in Hopper, tanker, flatbed, and manual transmission driving are highly encouraged to apply. This Job entails being in the truck during the week it is not a home every night position. Responsibilities Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently on assigned routes. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours driven and mileage. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding transportation. Assist in the training of new drivers as needed. Utilize forklift equipment for loading and unloading when required. Experience Pay is percentage based on experience Proven experience in truck driving, with a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Familiarity with Hopper, tanker, flatbed is a plus. Manual transmission vehicles is required. Strong understanding of route driving and navigation skills. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading cargo. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
