Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Fuel Truck Driver and take charge of safely transporting fuel and related materials to various locations. As a key player, you will uphold safety standards while maintaining excellent time management and efficient route driving. Duties Safely operate a fuel truck to deliver diesel to all projects Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, including checking manual transmission systems and specialized equipment for tanker loads Follow planned routes diligently while adapting to traffic conditions to meet delivery schedules efficiently Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports in compliance with safety regulations and company policies Communicate effectively with equipment manager and superintendents to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly Adhere strictly to safety protocols related to handling hazardous materials, including fuel transportation regulations Skills Proven experience in truck driving with a focus on freight delivery and route driving Strong knowledge of vehicle safety procedures Experience operating specialized trucks such as tanker trucks Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record in commercial driving environments Good communication skills for coordinating with team effectively Must have hazmat license for a minimum of 3 years Embark on a rewarding journey where your driving expertise makes a real impact!
