The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving record, and commitment to on-time deliveries while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety standards. Responsibilities Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently. Transport freight, materials, and equipment to designated locations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transit. Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and required documentation. Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company policies. Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members. Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly. Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed. Qualifications Valid CDL Class A or Class B license (as required). Minimum 1-2 years of commercial driving experience preferred. Ability to pass background check, drug screening. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Preferred Skills Experience with flatbed, dry van, box tuck, 18 wheeler or construction material hauling. Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge. Strong customer service and communication skills.
