Overview Join our dynamic team as a Tow Truck Driver and become a vital part of providing prompt, professional vehicle recovery. In this energetic role, you will operate specialized tow trucks to assist stranded motorists, recover vehicles from accident scenes, and ensure safe transportation of vehicles to designated locations. Your mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and commitment to safety will drive your success in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed tow trucks to recover and transport vehicles efficiently. Securely load and unload vehicles onto tow trucks following cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit. Assist customers, providing clear communication and professional support during stressful situations. Follow all safety procedures related to vehicle recovery towing, cargo securement, and safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks. Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, vehicle details, and service reports for operational transparency. Requirements Valid Texas driver's license, with a clean driving record, TDLR Tow Truck License; experience with commercial truck driving preferred. Knowledge of cargo securement protocols and vehicle mechanics for truck drivers to ensure safe transportation. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage conflicts professionally and effectively. Ability to operate a tow truck safely, including flatbed models, while adhering to all safety standards. Experience with vehicle recovery towing, car towing, and load & unload procedures is highly desirable.
