Full-Time About the Position Tex-Can LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking Portable Restroom Service & Delivery Driver to join our team. This is a hands-on position responsible for servicing, pumping, cleaning, delivering, and picking up portable restrooms and sanitation equipment throughout the Corpus Christi and surrounding Coastal Bend area. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can manage a daily route efficiently, and understands the importance of being dependable and providing quality service to our customers. Responsibilities Drive company pump and delivery trucks on assigned daily routes Pump and service portable restrooms Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and restock units Deliver, set up, relocate, and pick up portable restrooms Service handwashing stations and other sanitation equipment Complete scheduled construction and commercial service routes Perform event servicing and cleanup as assigned Inspect units for damage and report any issues Complete daily route sheets and service documentation Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Check tires, lights, fluids, equipment, and overall truck condition Maintain a clean and organized truck and work area Safely operate pumping, vacuum, and sanitation equipment Communicate with dispatch regarding completed stops, customer concerns, access issues, or route delays Follow company safety procedures and disposal requirements Provide professional and courteous customer service Assist with yard preparation, cleaning, loading, and unloading as needed Qualifications Valid driver's license with a good driving record Must be dependable and report to work on time Comfortable driving a truck and trailer Ability to safely back trailers and maneuver in construction sites and customer locations Able to work independently and follow a scheduled route Comfortable performing physical and outdoor work Able to lift, push, pull, and move portable sanitation equipment Willing to work outdoors in South Texas weather conditions Must be comfortable working around wastewater and sanitation equipment Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Good communication and customer service skills Previous delivery, route service, septic, waste, construction, or portable sanitation experience is a plus but not required What We're Looking For This position is a good fit for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, safety-conscious, and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty . Our drivers represent Tex-Can every day. We expect our team members to take care of company equipment, communicate with the office, treat customers professionally, and complete each stop correctly rather than rushing through the route. Schedule Full-time position with weekday routes. Some early mornings, overtime, weekends, or special-event work may be required depending on the schedule.
