Candidates must have experience driving a truck while pulling and backing trailers, safely loading and unloading equipment, and properly securing valuable units for transport. A CDL is not required. Our drivers represent Family Powersports on the road and during deliveries. We are looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in transporting every unit safely, protecting company and customer property, and following all applicable transportation and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Safely transport motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, boats, and other powersports units Operate company trucks and trailers safely and professionally Confidently pull, maneuver, and back trailers in dealership, residential, and customer locations Properly load, position, secure, transport, and unload units Use appropriate straps, tie-downs, and securement methods for each type of unit Inspect units before loading and after unloading, documenting any existing or discovered damage Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections accurately and consistently Maintain required driving records, delivery documentation, and inspection reports Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules while communicating delays or concerns promptly Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safe-driving practices Maintain the cleanliness and condition of company trucks, trailers, and equipment Assist with moving, washing, and detailing powersports and marine units as needed Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop, lot, and loading area Communicate professionally with customers, dealership employees, and other locations Perform additional transportation and dealership-support duties as assigned Required Qualifications Valid driver's license required Acceptable driving record Previous experience driving a truck while towing a trailer Demonstrated ability to safely pull, maneuver, and back a trailer Experience loading, unloading, and securing vehicles, boats, equipment, or powersports units Knowledge of proper cargo-securement methods Ability to complete inspections and delivery documentation accurately Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong safety awareness and sound decision-making skills Ability to work independently while following assigned schedules and instructions Professional communication and customer-service skills Ability to meet applicable company driver-qualification and insurance requirements A CDL is not required. Experience transporting motorcycles, boats, recreational vehicles, automobiles, heavy equipment, or powersports units is strongly preferred. The driver must be able to: Enter and exit trucks and trailers throughout the workday Stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, push, and pull as required Handle straps, ramps, tie-downs, and other transportation equipment Assist with loading, unloading, moving, cleaning, and detailing units Remain seated and operate a vehicle safely for extended periods Perform light to moderately heavy lifting Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
