Job Description

Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Driver to support dust control, soil conditioning, and site safety on active heavy civil construction projects. This role works closely with grading and earthwork crews to maintain safe and efficient operations in a dynamic field environment. What You'll Do Operate a water truck to control dust and support compaction and grading activities. Fill, transport, and distribute water across active work areas. Coordinate with supervisors and equipment operators to support daily production needs. Safely navigate active construction zones and follow site traffic control plans. Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Follow all DOT, company, and site safety requirements. Assist with other site tasks as needed to support project operations. What You Bring Valid CDL with tank endorsement (hazmat not required). Strong safety awareness and ability to work around heavy equipment. Dependability, accountability, and consistent attendance. Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to cross-train and support additional site activities. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and terrain conditions. Education | Experience CDL with tank endorsement required (hazmat endorsement not required) 1+ years operating a water truck on heavy civil or earthwork projects strongly preferred.
