Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Truck Driver to operate a 26ft box truck for local deliveries. This role involves transporting goods efficiently and safely to various destinations while ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to safety and customer service. No CDL license is required for this position. Responsibilities Safely operate a 26ft box truck to complete scheduled deliveries and pickups. Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are secured properly during transit. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Plan delivery routes efficiently to meet deadlines and optimize time management. Maintain the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status or any issues encountered. Complete necessary paperwork related to deliveries accurately and promptly. Experience Prior experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles is preferred but not required. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and good organizational skills are important for success in this role. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during daily routes.
