Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and providing roadside assistance to customers in need. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle various towing equipment. A commitment to customer service and conflict management is essential for success in this position. Duties Operate tow trucks and other vehicles safely and efficiently. Perform vehicle loading and unloading using flatbed or other towing methods. Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle issues. Provide roadside assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear information regarding services offered. Manage conflicts professionally and resolve customer concerns promptly. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road. Experience Proven experience in driving with a valid driver's license. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Previous experience as a mechanic or in a related field is advantageous. Knowledge of forklift operation is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot vehicle issues effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure situations.
