Description:

Cascade Process Controls is hiring a reliable and hardworking CDL Class A Driver / Laborer to join our road boring crew in the San Antonio area. This is a hands-on position that combines driving responsibilities with physical labor on job sites. Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently (CDL Class A required) Assist with road boring operations and general crew support Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials Perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on time

Requirements:

Valid CDL Class A license Ability and willingness to perform physically demanding work Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly Strong work ethic and dependability Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Prior construction or utility experience is a plus, but not required Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($24-$27/hour) Full-time position with immediate start available
