Regional Driver We are hiring CDL-A regional drivers based in Flower Mound, Texas to haul high-value, pre-loaded freight from the distribution center to stores throughout the region. Drivers typically spend 2 - 3 days on the road and earn an average of $1,300 - $1,400 per week, with multiple pay opportunities for miles, stops, drop-and-hook work, detention, layovers, yard switching, spotting, and other operational activities. Pay & Compensation Average weekly pay: $1,300 - $1,400 Mileage pay: $0.67 per mile Runs under 150 miles: $115 flat rate per trip Drop pay: $25 per stop, excluding origin and final destination Drop-and-hook pay: $25 per drop and hook

Detention:

$30 per hour after 2 hours from the appointment time

TONU:

$125

Layover:

$175 after 24 hours with no freight Yard switcher rate: $27 per hour Temporary/hourly rate: $20 per hour Spotting rate: $27 per hour for new hires

Overtime:

spotting work paid at overtime after 40 hours Schedule & Time Out Average time out: 2 - 3 days Regional routes across the south-central United States Departure times must be met to support on-time deliveries and hours-of-service compliance Routes and trip details may vary based on customer and operational needs Operating Area Routes may include:
