Responsibilities Transport expedited LTL, intermodal, and final mile freight safely and on time Operate and maintain tractor and equipment in compliance with DOT and company standards Follow FMCSA regulations, hours-of-service rules, and safety procedures Manage route planning, scheduling, and on-time pickups/deliveries Complete required paperwork, manifests, and electronic logs accurately Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and terminals Secure and inspect freight to prevent damage or loss Manage fuel, maintenance, and operating costs as an independent contractor Required Skills CDL-A truck driving Freight handling Route planning Electronic log (ELD) usage
