Job Description
HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Class A CDL Driver/Equipment Operator to support industrial cleaning and environmental services for energy and petrochemical clients. Based in Houston, you will safely operate manual-transmission tractors and specialized equipment to perform vacuuming, hydroblasting, and material transport, including hazardous loads requiring Tanker and Hazmat endorsements and TWIC access. This field role works in demanding conditions, follows strict safety procedures, and offers strong training, advancement, and exposure to major industrial facilities. Responsibilities Safely operate Class A CDL trucks and industrial equipment for cleaning and maintenance at energy and industrial sites Transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials in compliance with DOT and company safety standards Perform vacuum, hydroblasting, and related industrial cleaning tasks in field conditions Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, complete required logs, and report mechanical issues Follow all safety procedures, use PPE correctly, and participate in safety meetings and training Support crew with equipment setup, hose handling, and site mobilization/demobilization Communicate with supervisors and clients to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification Assist with basic equipment maintenance, housekeeping, and spill response as required Required Skills Class A CDL manual transmission operation Tanker and Hazmat transport TWIC port and terminal access procedures Industrial vacuum truck operation Hydroblasting and high-pressure water blasting DOT and FMCSA compliance and logkeeping Hazardous materials handling and labeling Job site safety and PPE use Basic equipment inspection and maintenance Reading and following work orders and procedures
