We are a small, independent fleet looking for a reliable, career-minded driver to take over a stable, dedicated route originating out of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. We don't micromanage you—we treat you like a professional, and we expect professional reliability in return.

What We Offer:

Consistent Pay:

Starting at $0.60 CPM for ALL miles (loaded and empty), with higher rates based on your experience.

Predictable Schedule:

Dedicated lanes means you know exactly where you are going and what to expect.

Guaranteed Home Time:

Home weekly for a minimum 34-hour reset to spend time with your family.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience. Reefer experience preferred.

Licensing:

Valid Class A CDL with no manual restrictions.

Clean MVR and a solid safety record.
