Job Description

LAZ Parking is seeking a CDL Shuttle Driver to safely transport passengers for our parking and mobility operations. Based in Hartford, this role operates shuttle vehicles between parking facilities, campuses, hospitals, airports, and event locations. You will complete pre- and post-trip inspections, follow DOT and company safety standards, and keep accurate logs. The CDL Shuttle Driver provides friendly, reliable service, assists passengers with luggage and accessibility needs, and communicates with dispatch to maintain on-time routes in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL shuttle vehicles on assigned routes Transport passengers between parking facilities and designated locations Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues Comply with DOT, company, and safety regulations at all times Provide courteous, professional customer service to all riders Maintain on-time performance and accurate route schedules Communicate with dispatch and supervisors via radio or phone Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and accessibility needs Keep shuttle interior clean and orderly during shifts Complete basic logs, incident reports, and required documentation Required Skills CDL shuttle driving Passenger transport safety Defensive driving Vehicle inspection (pre/post trip) DOT regulations compliance Route navigation Time management Customer service Two-way radio communication Basic vehicle incident reporting
