Contract (1099) Opportunity with De Leon Shooting Stars LLC Are you looking for a driving opportunity where your efficiency directly controls your paycheck? De Leon Shooting Stars LLC is seeking dependable, fast-paced Independent Contractor Drivers to join our network for e-commerce last-mile deliveries. In this role, you will load small parcels from our local hub and utilize your own vehicle to complete the final leg of the delivery process. The warehouse opens for loadout between 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM .Contractor Discretion:
Arrival times and route selection are at the contractor's full discretion . However, early arrival allows you to assist with parcel sorting, helping you organize your route and get on the road significantly faster to maximize your daily earnings. Key Responsibilities Safely transport and deliver small parcels to scheduled residential and commercial destinations. Load and organize your vehicle efficiently to optimize your delivery flow. Navigate efficiently using your smartphone GPS to hit delivery windows. Provide excellent service , representing your business professionally at every drop-off. Log completed stops accurately through our mobile app.Requirements & Vehicle Preferences Vehicle Preference:
A standard Sedan, Crossover, or SUV is preferred to comfortably accommodate e-commerce volume.Age:
Must be 21 years or older.License:
Valid driver's licenseInsurance:
Active auto insurance policy meeting local state requirements.Tech:
Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with a data plan for route tracking.Legal:
Authorized to work in the U.S. as an independent contractor. Compensation & Pay Cycle Terms 1099Status:
This is an independent contractor position. Drivers use their own vehicles and cover all upkeep, fuel, and self-employment taxes. No health benefits or PTO are provided.Pay Structure:
Paid strictly per completed delivery stop.Pay Cycle:
Invoices are processed and paid weekly via direct deposit. Please note there is a standard three-week hold on the first invoice cycle from your start date.Pay:
