Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CDL Driver with a strong background in the grain industry and experience operating hopper-bottom trailers . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience loading and unloading grain, working with scales, and safely transporting bulk materials. Responsibilities Safely operate a commercial vehicle and hopper-bottom trailer Load and unload grain and other bulk materials Operate and monitor truck scales and accurately document weights Properly position trailers for loading and unloading Inspect vehicles, trailers, and equipment before and after trips Secure loads and ensure materials are transported safely Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures Complete required paperwork, weight tickets, and delivery documentation Communicate with customers, elevators, loaders, and other facility personnel Maintain a clean and safe truck and work environment Perform other duties related to grain hauling and material handling as needed Requirements Valid CDL Class A license Previous grain hauling experience preferred Experience with hopper-bottom trailers required Experience loading and unloading grain or bulk materials Experience operating or working with truck scales Clean driving record preferred Ability to safely climb in and out of equipment and perform physical job duties Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to follow safety procedures and DOT regulations Schedule & Pay Full-time position Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities may be available Local/regional routes depending on company needs Experience with grain, scales, hopper-bottom trailers, and loading/unloading is strongly preferred. #
