Job Description
McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a professional CDL A Driver to safely transport and deliver products for our Transportation & Logistics operations. You'll operate late-model equipment, run pre-planned routes, and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries to our customers. Responsibilities include safe tractor-trailer operation, pre/post-trip inspections, freight securement, and compliance with DOT and company safety standards. Responsibilities Safely operate a CDL A tractor-trailer to deliver products to customers on scheduled routes Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is in safe operating condition Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies and hours-of-service regulations Secure loads and handle freight with care to prevent damage and ensure accurate deliveries Maintain electronic logs, paperwork, and delivery documentation with high accuracy Provide professional, courteous service at each stop and represent Mc Lane to customers Communicate with dispatch and transportation team regarding routes, delays, and issues Follow company standards for safe driving, fuel efficiency, and incident reporting Support a culture of safety, reliability, and teamwork in all transportation activities Required Skills CDL Class A license Tractor-trailer operation
