CDL Winch Truck Driver We are seeking a hardworking and reliable CDL Winch Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and capable of working long shifts while meeting strict delivery deadlines. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a winch truck to transport equipment and materials. Comply with all Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and FMCSA regulations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and trailer. Maintain accurate driver logs and required documentation (ELD compliance). Properly secure loads in accordance with DOT load securement regulations. Plan routes and ensure on-time deliveries. Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members. Maintain a clean and professional vehicle. Requirements Valid CDL (Class A preferred). Current DOT medical card. Must meet all TxDOT/FMCSA requirements, including: Clean driving record (MVR review required) Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol screening Compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations Experience operating winch trucks and trailers preferred. Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating a winch truck. Knowledge of loading procedures. Familiarity with ELD systems and DOT compliance procedures.
